Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions you may have thought about, or perhaps aren't sure what to ask, here are a few key points to get you thinking...

Personalised blends are created specifically for you.

I take time to understand what you’re looking for — whether that’s relaxation, emotional balance, improved focus, or general wellbeing — and consider your preferences, sensitivities, and daily routine. From there, I carefully select and combine essential oils to create a blend that supports your individual needs.

No two blends are the same, and adjustments can always be made if your needs change.

Absolutely!  But with caution.

Essential oils are very concentrated and should always be used with care.

• Always dilute with a carrier oil before use on the skin

• Patch test new oils to see if there are any side effects
• Avoid contact with your eyes and sensitive areas

• Wash hands after application
• Check suitability for children, pregnancy, or medical conditions
• When in doubt — ask for guidance.

An aromatherapy session is a calm, supportive experience designed around you.

We’ll begin with a relaxed consultation where we talk about how you’re feeling, what you’d like support with, and any relevant health considerations.

From there, I’ll recommend suitable oils or create a bespoke blend to support your wellbeing.

Sessions are unhurried and gentle, allowing you to relax and feel at ease throughout. My aim is for you to leave feeling supported, balanced, and more in tune with your wellbeing.

Yes — aromatherapy gifts are a thoughtful way to support someone’s wellbeing.

My diffuser bracelets and blends make lovely gifts for birthdays, thank-yous, self-care moments, or times when someone needs a little extra support. If you’re unsure what to choose, I’m happy to help guide you or create something suitable for gifting.

Diffuser bracelets are a simple, wearable way to enjoy aromatherapy throughout the day.

They contain absorbent lava beads that hold a few drops of essential oil. As you move, the natural aroma is gently released, allowing you to benefit from your chosen scent without the need for a diffuser.

They’re ideal for work, travel, or moments when you want subtle, personal aromatherapy support.

Some essential oils are not suitable during pregnancy, particularly in the first trimester. Your safety is always my priority.

If you’re pregnant, I recommend getting in touch before using essential oils or ordering a personalised blend. I can advise on gentle, pregnancy-appropriate options or suggest alternatives that feel safe and supportive for you.
